The rooms are a good size and practical, equipped with a terrace, a walk-in shower, and offering amazing views; the location is beautiful and convenient, close to the restaurant for meals.

great hotel, lot's of facilities and activities and the nights were very quiet. our (small) children loved the pools and small playground. babysit is available for 4 years and older. It was very relaxing to spend 6 nights at this hotel.

it's not easy to leave this hotel. you need a car to get to a restaurant or shop outside the hotel. you can rent a car in the hotel

The distance to many things (isolated location). Too big for my taste, half the city. Food selection large, but partially mass-produced (e.g. jam, orange juice not drinkable)

Perfect and excellent breakfast. Lovely bed. - Best bathroom. - Own balcony. - Iron and couch in the room. - Wide array of food at breakfast. I had a fantastic stay at La Palma Princess in Fuencaliente de la Palma. the hotel is situated in a wonderfully secluded location, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. the breakfast served was absolutely delicious and of high quality. the room had a lovely bed, the best bathroom, and even its own balcony where I could enjoy the views. It was convenient to have an iron and a couch in the room as well. the breakfast options were impressive, with a wide array of choices such as toast, fresh bread, cereals, oatmeal.

very disappointed that we were not informed that all resturants would be closed bar one.
